We are home!

Hello!
Needless to say it has been an eventful couple of days. We are thrilled to be home! So far, Cooper is LOVING being a big brother. He greeted us home with jumps for joy, giggles and big smiles for his little brother Drew. He loves to hold him and we are working on "being gentle." Drew is a bit jaundice so we were sent home with orders for photo-therapy. A little tanning bed was delivered to the house this afternoon so Drew is working on has tan as I type this. Someone will come to the house tomorrow to draw his blood and see if we are making progress in the right direction. Drew is a great little baby and knock on wood doesn't cry much when awake, just looks around and takes everything in. Jennon was able to leave the hospital yesterday afternoon for about 4 hours to spend the afternoon with Cooper, help with bath, and put him to bed. Nana and Gumpa have been caring for Cooper while we have been at the hospital and have been absolute lifesavers, we can't thank them enough. Cooper has been having so much fun with them, and I guess while he and Jennon were reading books yesterday Cooper kept calling Jennon Nana ; )

Jennon didn't share too much about the going in to labor part of this journey, so the gist of it is:
I started having some contractions around 10:30pm Sunday night
Woke Jennon up around 11:15 as they started to get closer together and more painful
The contractions quickly jumped to 5 minutes apart so we called the Dr and then Nana
Nana arrived at our house around 12:30am and we were at the hospital by about 12:45
I received my epidural around 2am (thank you Lord!) and rested for a few hours
Was actually talking to my sister on the phone from 4-4:15 since she was up feeding William
Nurse came in to check me and realized my water had broken and I was ready to go
They quickly got Dr. Hirt in the room and after four pushes Drew had arrived at 4:32am

We are beyond blessed and so thankful for our family. More pictures to come soon!
