11 Months

Well, quite a bit has happened in the last month. The middle of May we moved from our very first house in St Louis Park to our new house in Eden Prairie. We had perfect weather for moving, but that was about as good as it got. Cooper had an allergic reaction to his ear infection medicine so not only did he feel terrible all weekend he broke out in a head to toe itchy rash on Saturday. Then, about 15 minutes into helping paint our new family room Jennon's dad fell off the ladder! He ried to tough it over for about an hour, but decided to take a trip to Urgent Care to have it checked out. We were quite the group, Cooper waiting to be seen for his allergic reaction, and Carroll to have his arm checked. Turns out Carroll broke his arm ;(
Cooper's rash was finally gone by Friday and he was back to his chipper self. Great timing because we headed to Madison that weekend for a family wedding. It was perfect weather for a beautiful outdoor wedding. We all had a great time and Cooper enjoyed meeting some of his relatives for the very first time.
Memorial Day weekend was spent with a fun visit from Grandma and Grandpa Caruth. We also celebrated Gavin and Addison's birthday's; Cooper even received a goodbye hug and smooch from Addison as we left the party ; )
This weekend was spent with a visit from Nana, Grandpa Mike and Auntie. Cooper had so much playing with everyone. We celebrated Nana's birthday and Father's Day. We were also able to get quite a bit of yard work done wich was great (thanks Jennon and Nana)!
All in all 10 months was a busy one for Cooper. He continues to add more words to his vocabulary, most recent is peak a boo and happy birthday. He LOVES to pull himself on just about anything. Once we moved we also switched day cares. Cooper has done a great job with this transition and has so much fun at his new "school." He has a little buddy named Jackson. I guess the other day Jackson was a little upset and crying while sitting on the floor, Cooper crawled over and gave him a hug which was all sweet little Jackson needed to stop crying. What a caring little guy we have ; ) I just can't believe that in no time at all we'll be celebrating Cooper's first birthday!
Hope your summer's are off to a great start.
Take care,
The Caruth's
