I can't believe our little guy is 3 months old already! The time has just flown by! Cooper is continuing to do well and growing like crazy. He was baptized two weeks ago and did fantastic; not a cry or a toot out of him! It was a great weekend with family visiting, and so special to have Cooper's Great Grandma and Grandpa Staples there for the event.
The following weekend Auntie Amy was able to skip out on school meetings Friday to spend a long weekend with us. We took advantage of the nice weather Saturday and went to the sculpture garden in Minneapolis and the apple orchard in Stillwater. Auntie was able to put her new camera to good use and got some great pictures of Cooper.
Last week was my first week back to work. I definitely had my ups and downs that week, but it was a huge relief to know he was in great hands with my mom and dad. Our daycare provider was on vacation last week, so this Monday will be Cooper's first full day at daycare. I'm sure he will love it, just ready to get this week behind us; I think the apprehension of it all is the worst part.
Cooper witnessed his first Twin Cities Marathon this morning as we went to Lake Harriet to cheer on our friend Amanda. She looked great, and Cooper loved watching all of the runners race by. It is officially fall in MN and we are thoroughly enjoying it thus far.
Take care!
Beth, Jennon and Cooper
