Special Visit

We were able to spend a fun-filled morning with the boys Great Great Aunt Helen.  What a treat!  The boys were so happy to see her, and they loved the books she brought for them all.  She kept commenting on how they all had such nice heads of hair, and that we had enough for a ball team ;)  It really was such a nice visit, and I'm so happy we were all able to see her.  Hoping to visit with her again this summer!

A week or two ago Jennon was in a rush out the door to get to a meeting.  He wasn't aware that Gus slipped out the front door.  We weren't home for several hours after this happened.  After looking all over our yard and the neighbors we all piled in the car and drove throughout the neighborhood with our windows down shouting his name.  We came up empty handed.  Once heading back home we decided someone probably found him but didn't know how to contact us so I said she should make some posters with his picture.  Cooper thought this was a GREAT idea and raced for his paper and markers and soon as we got home.  Below is what he came up with ;)  He even remembered my phone number and had it written at the top.

  
We weren't able to use these great posters because thanks to some neighbors we found Gus shortly after we got home.  Jennon did end up having to pick him up at the Police Station, but we have him back none the less ;)
